2009 Greater Phoenix Open ANY VENDOR OR SPONSOR will receive a free ¼ page (business card) advertisement in our show program. Please submit copy to rmccleney@cox.net in word, power point or jpeg format. VENDORS: You may set up and sell Friday April 3rd from noon on. The full show date is Saturday April 4th. You can not tear down until 5PM. All exhibitors must be vacated by 10AM on Sunday. We will have security on Friday and Saturday nights. BENEFITS:10 x 10 covered area, table, 2 chairs, koi tank, air supply and water quality Barbeque dinner is provided on Friday night at the show site Security Friday and Saturday nights Free advertisement Link on our web page for the year Listed at club events as a sponsor for the year COST: $25, raffle prize and 5 $20 dollar gift certificates to your business The gift certificates will be the trophies this year You must include all 3 items or make separate arrangements with Robbi McCleney SPONSOR RAFFLE PRIZES: Any contribution will receive a ¼ page (business card) advertisement in our show program, link on our web page for the year and listing at club events as a sponsor for the year TROPHY SPONSOR: Cost is 5 $20 dollar gift certificates to your business. Same benefits as above.
