Noel Shaw, Koi Health Advisor (KHA), is a member of both the Valley of the Sun Koi Club and his home club of Southwest Arizona Koi Association. He has authored a document advocating/promoting the need to quarantine along with two documents about quarantine protocols for new or returning koi.
